	You should notify VIM Airlines in advance about the weight and number of items of excess baggage and pay for its carriage. Standard piece of hold baggage 23 kg, heavy 30-32 kg, oversized more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions. All items weighing more than 50 kg will be transported only as cargo. Overweight from ₽100 to €10 per kg. Prices in the table below are in €, are approximate and can vary depending on the route.

!   Special baggage (more than 203 cm, more than 32 kg, fragile items etc.):  you must notify VIM Airlines not later than 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure, VIM Airlines customer service.
	Pets (birds) carried in the aircraft cabin. The size of the container must not exceed 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions: 55х40х20 cm, the weight of the container (with pet/pets) must not exceed 8 kg. For carriage of animals excess baggage fee per kg is charged, but not less than ₽1500.
	Pets (birds) carried in the baggage compartment, the weight of the container (with pet/pets) must not exceed 50 kg. Charged for kg according to excess baggage rules.
	In addition to the free baggage allowance and regardless of fare type a passenger can carry: one set of sports equipment (a pair of skis or a snowboard) in a ski bag not heavier than 10 kg + additional equipment (boots, gloves, helmet, goggles) in a bag not heavier than 6 kg. Other sports equipment not exceeding baggage allowance (23 kg and 203 cm) can be treated as a standard baggage item and can be included in the free baggage allowance. For sports equipment exceeding the free baggage allowance standard rates for excess baggage will apply. Carriage of sporting guns and ammunition (one load) requires prior notification and consent of the airline, standard baggage rules will apply. Their transportation is not allowed for carriage on international charter flights!
	Musical instruments are included in the baggage allowance. You can carry them instead of your cabin (if the dimensions do not exceed 115 cm and weight 5 or 10 kg, depending on the fare type) or checked baggage, but the airline won't accept any liability for their damage. When carried in the passenger's seat, the weight of the instrument usually must not exceed 80 kg, and its size must not exceed 135х50х30 cm.
