for the duration of the flight.
Collapsible strollers
and car seats are carried free of charge as carry-on baggage
or as checked baggage, you can continue to use them until the
moment of boarding the plane.
Hand baggage for infants (under
2 years) traveling in their own seats is the same as that of
an adult, and for infants traveling on your lap — max
12 kg (+, with the exception of Light / Basic fare, additionally
up to 10 kg of checked baggage). Narrow collapsible strollers
with measurement not exceeding 100x30x15 cm are carried in the
cabin in addition to your child's luggage*, other types of collapsible
strollers replace hand luggage of a child and their dimensions
must not exceed 55x35x25 cm.
* This service available on long-haul flights,
except between metropolitan France and Cayenne, Fort-de-France,
Havana, Mauritius, Pointe-à-Pitre, Punta Cana, Reunion,
Saint-Martin and Santo Domingo.

Passengers with special needs or persons needing help of the

or not later than 48 hours before departure by contacting Saphir
Assistance For Passengers With Reduced Mobility.
Passengers with reduced mobility can carry a maximum of
two manual or powered mobility aids (including wheelchairs)
free of charge. Crutches, walkers, canes, folding mechanical
wheelchairs, etc. are usually transported in the cabin, if this
is not possible, they can in any case be used until boarding.
Information on requirements for
powered wheelchairs / other
electric mobility aids can be obtained on the Air France
website or by contacting the airline's support service; the
consent of the airline is required to transport this type of
items.
